The hotel was nicely located close to the main attractions. the room was well-appointed and had all the basic amenities that one expects from a hotel. the staff was polite and professional and always ready to assist.

The room was a bit small and cramped. there was no proper information provided to me about the hotel facilities.

The fruit salad/selection at breakfast was very good as was the room shower.

Not having to hand in the card for the room at reception, while convenient did lower the security. Access to the hotel and elevators was unchallenged.

The lobby is nice. Falsely gives the impression that this is a four-star establishment

The hotel is advertised as having a pool, but it has none. It has access to a pool in another hotel 2 blocks away. With small kids, this was very disappointing. The hotel advertises a lunch special at a certain price, but when you show up at the dining room, the price is double what they said and many items are not available. The rooms need updating. Carpet was dirty and old. Finally, check out is super early : 10:30 am.
